On Friday February 11, at 10 a.m., an online meeting will be held dedicated to Green Public Procurement (GPP) and Minimum Environmental Criteria (CAM), strategic skills to support public administration in the transition to a circular economy. The nomination is part of “Circular Economy in Professions and Public Administration”, the cycle of training meetings organized by the Municipality of Udine to promote the dissemination and discussion of key circular economy issues.

Speakers Giulia Manzan, Advisor for Spatial Planning and European Projects of the Municipality of Udine, Alessandra Mascioli, CNR – Ministry of Ecological Transition, Gianluca Cocco, Sardinia Region, Marta Giovanna Geranzani, Roma Capitale, Simone Ricotta, Committee management PAN GPP and Eva Zane, Veneto Region.

The initiative is part of the activities of the project “CITYCIRCLE Circular Economy Centers in Central Europe” funded by the Interreg Central Europe programme.

Based on the national experience of the CReIAMO PA project, promoted by the Ministry of Ecological Transition, an inventory and an analysis of good practices related to the capacity of regional and local administrations to implement the principle of environmental sustainability in public policies will be proposed.
