RIYADH – The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) announced on Thursday that public sector employees can now verify and review their personal and professional data through the ministry’s app.

MHRSD said it has added the feature for public sector employees to allow them to review their employment data, qualifications, years of service, history, sick leave, as well as status of the claims they have submitted.

The MHRSD application for individuals was launched earlier during the ministry’s participation in the LEAP conference held in Riyadh from February 1 to 3, 2022. The conference was organized by the Ministry of Communications and Technology of information under the name “One Eye on the Stars”.

The MHRSD app aims to improve the employee experience and enhance communication with customers, in addition to combining services into a unified app.

The application also includes several services, including: review of rules and regulations, communication with the ministry, review of digital cards, manual resolution of labor disputes, reporting of labor system violations, employment data review and sick leave tracking.

The application was born from the ministry’s desire to automate and digitize its services, in order to facilitate everyone’s access to the services they are looking for without having to go to the ministry or to one of its branches.

The MHRSD clarified that those wishing to download the app should visit the link: https://apps.apple.com/app/id1559882070
