Node4, a cloud-focused digital transformation managed service provider (MSP), has announced the acquisition of risual, a managed IT services and solutions provider and Microsoft Gold Partner employing 170 people in the UK.

The acquisition of risual by Node4 plays on the strengths of two organizations formed, built and led by true technology entrepreneurs. Risual’s addition to Node4’s July 2021 acquisition of TNP brings together the knowledge, capabilities, and capabilities that deliver a comprehensive portfolio of Microsoft services.
