House of HR, the Belgium-based HR services company, has announced that it will acquire Dutch company Cohedron, a multi-brand holding company providing outsourcing, secondment and consulting services to the public sector.

Cohedron operates under different brands: Wyzer, Future Communication, Human Capital Group, Argonaut, Zorg-Lokaal, Plangroep and Plangroep

Financial services. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed. House of HR said the acquisition strengthens its position in the Dutch market and in the utilities sector.

In 2020, Cohedron achieved sales of around 132 million euros, with EBITDA of around 19 million euros.

House of HR takes over all the shares of the former majority shareholder Argos Wityu.

Cohedron management also sells its minority stake to House of HR, but remains active within Cohedron, while reinvesting in House of HR.

The acquisition is still subject to the approval of the Dutch competition authority ACM.

In April 2021, House of HR agreed to acquire German company Avanti GmbH, which specializes in a wide range of healthcare staffing solutions across Germany.
